i had an awesome stay at tru by hilton. it's right off the interstate, making it super convenient. the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel was very clean and safe. the check-out ladies were so friendly and helpful—especially when they gave us a quick route around a wreck on i85.

Blackout shades worked really well, and I appreciated the quiet environment despite being near the elevator. However, the HVAC system was pretty loud at night. It took us a while to figure out how to switch from cooling to heating. The shower door didn't close completely, resulting in some water on the floor. Also, I struggled to get body wash out of the dispenser. it seemed empty or just difficult to squeeze. My husband missed having a coffeemaker in the room since we like our morning coffee early. Overall, there were some nice touches, but a few maintenance issues to address.
